How to request a refund

Refunds for enabled downloads and purchased tokens can be requested from your My account page. Browse until you find the transaction you wish to request a refund for, click on the refund link and follow the instructions on that page.

Refunds of enabled downloads

Results that have not yet been downloaded can be immediately refunded by browsing to the refund page for the transaction as described above.

Refunds will not be given for results that have already been downloaded or deleted by you.

Refunds will not be given for results that have expired (see the terms of use).

Refunds of purchased tokens

Unspent tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

The refund will be such that you only pay for the tokens already spent. This amounts to the difference between the price for the bundle actually purchased and the price of what the used bundle of tokens would have cost if it had been the bundle purchased in the first place.

EXAMPLE: If you purchase 25 tokens for $58.45, spend 10 and then want a refund for the remaining 15, the refund you will receive is: $58.45 - $26.65 = $31.80 (where $26.65 is what 10 tokens would have cost in the first place).

The pricing posted at the time of purchase will be the pricing used for the refund.

Refunds for subscriptions

Vector Magic subscriptions are non-refundable.

Refunds for Desktop Edition licenses

Vector Magic Desktop Edition licenses are non-refundable.
